A FOUNDER-LED COMPANY
Rio Ashley Mitchell founded Chic Concierge after building hands-on experience across healthcare administration and accreditation, construction administration, business operations, travel coordination, event support, bartending, wardrobe and stage work—and a wide range of personal and administrative projects.
That cross-industry experience shapes the company's approach: understand the request, organize the moving pieces and provide the appropriate level of support through Personal Concierge, Business Concierge, or Professional & Project Support.
Rio oversees client relationships and service quality. As a project grows, Chic Concierge can coordinate qualified outside vendors or specialized professionals with the client's knowledge and approval. This creates added capacity without pretending every request is handled by one person or promising expertise the company does not have.
HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE
Writing and organizing policies and procedures, building operational logs and tracking systems, preparing audit files and evidence, coordinating CLIA certificate documentation, maintaining credentials and supporting accreditation applications and renewals.
Payroll administration, QuickBooks support, invoicing and payment tracking, bids and estimates, subcontractor coordination, property-management communication, vendor follow-up and organized project files.
Travel research and itinerary coordination, event and party planning, private-event bartending, wardrobe organization, theater and stage support, and calm behind-the-scenes help when details are moving quickly.
